Meryl is an independent bakery in Stonington, CT. Named after the sourdough starter that (literally) started it all, we are committed to delivering naturally leavened products made by hand with care.

In August 2025, we merged with Masa to form Meryl+Masa. Meryl Bakery is the wholesale and custom order bread/pastry division. We look forward to working with you!
